A civil rights organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, during the early 1960s. The group was formed by student activists to advocate for an end to racial segregation, discriminatory conditions, and racial injustices in Atlanta. COAHR played a crucial role in organizing sit-ins and boycotts and was an important part of the civil rights movement in Atlanta.
